A data processing agreement is a legally binding contract that states the rights and obligations of TargetSkill Technologies OÜ and its brand EachHire.com (acting as a data processor) and your company (acting as a data controller) concerning the protection of personal data. It completes TargetSkill Technologies OÜ and its brand EachHire.com's Terms and Conditions and applies to personal data processing activities subject to GDPR.
The terms of this DPA are already included in TargetSkill Technologies and its brand EachHire’s Terms of Service and form part of your agreement with us when you sign up to use our Software.
Should there be a need for you to sign a separate DPA with us, you can digitally sign a copy of our Data Processing Agreement. Once you sign the agreement, you will immediately receive a fully executed downloadable copy via email.
